事实上我认为这是一个谬论，是不该谈论“债务陷阱”的人提出来的。提出此概念的人才是在非洲制造“债务陷阱”的人。目前非洲的大部分外债并非来自中国。

In fact, I think this is a fallacy, which is raised by those sides who are not supposed to talk about the “debt trap”. They are the ones who put Africa in the trap. Most of the debt now Africa is suffering from is not from China.
