我常常说这三大因素对经济发展非常重要：勤劳的人民，可靠的项目，再加上完善的政策。参访宁夏后我得出一个结论，这三大因素可以让沙漠变绿洲，可以为一个国家带来巨大的变化。这种经济发展模式使得中国即使在2008年全球经济危机爆发时，依然能够保持经济韧性，持续实现经济增长。
