中国企业帮助我们对姆特瓦拉坦噶港进行了升级改造，还帮我们完成了中央线米轨铁路的修复改造。我们正在分阶段建设全新的标准轨距铁路线，七个阶段中的三个阶段将由中国企业完成。

中国公司不仅带来了技术和工程建设，而且还为我们提供了物超所值的服务，中国企业在此过程中付出巨大，如果没有它们的帮助，考虑到资源的稀缺性，我认为我们的这些项目将无法顺利的完成。

We upgraded Mtwara and Tanga ports by Chinese enterprises. We have refurbished the old meter gauge central railway line. It was done by the Chinese. But also, we are building a brand new standard gauge railway line in phases.Three phases out of seven are done by Chinese enterprises.

Now these companies, they bring in technology and the construction, but also they give us value for money service. Because the kind of work that they're doing, if we had no option of Chinese enterprises, we would pay an arm and a leg to realize such projects, and I don't think we would manageconsidering the scarcity of resources.
