自2018年坦桑尼亚加入“一带一路”倡议，近一万多名坦桑尼亚人在中国接受了医学、工程、农业等不同领域的短期和长期培训。这些人获得了技能，然后回到家乡，为我们国家的发展贡献力量。这对国家发展是非常重要的贡献，因为没有人力资源，任何领域都很难取得进步发展。

Since we signed the agreement in 2018, almost 10,000 plus Tanzanians have benefited from short term and long term training in China, in different areas, medicine, engineering, agriculture and so on. These are the people who have acquired skills and then they've gone back home to contribute to the development of our country. This is important contribution because without human resource, it is very difficult to make any progress in any field.
